Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs Wyoming (GUWY) is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education totaling $4,019,4224 annually, with an additional a $4,019,424 annually provided by in-kind and scholarship contributions.
GUWY provides services to 2,000 7th – 12th grade, income-eligible students annually with the purpose of removing any income-related barriers that may prevent a student from pursuing and achieving post-secondary educations. Services include career exposure, campus visits, academic assistance, college readiness workshops, professional development initiative for GUWY educators and more.
