About me
Weston Lamb-Costantino is a passionate and innovative music educator at Stagecoach Elementary in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where he teaches kindergarten through 3rd grade music. With 14 years of experience, Mr. Lamb brings energy, creativity, and deep expertise to the classroom, blending Whole Brain Teaching, Kagan Cooperative Learning, and the Ron Clark Academy House System to empower young learners. A proud member of the Altruismo house, he fosters leadership, empathy, and a love of learning in every student.
Mr. Lamb holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree in Instructional Design. He is platinum certified in Whole Brain Teaching and serves on the executive board, helping lead the way in innovative, brain-based instructional strategies. Passionate about supporting students with disabilities, he has extensive experience working with students on the autism spectrum and strives to create inclusive, engaging, and accessible music experiences for all learners.
Known for dressing up in creative and crazy costumes, Mr. Lamb connects with students through vulnerability and a joyful embrace of his childlike self—building trust and lasting relationships with every student.
Outside the classroom, he enjoys nurturing house plants, playing card and dice games, diving into trivia, and spending time with Harper, his 11-year-old Merle Great Dane.
