About me
Stephany is a National Board Certified Teacher with an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master’s Certificate in Teaching Reading (Grades 6-12), and nearly 30 years of classroom experience. She blends research, narrative, and practical application to support effective literacy intervention and stronger literacy outcomes for students.
Her career includes teaching Language Arts and Social Studies, coaching speech, debate, and drama, mentoring academic competitors, and serving as a secondary literacy specialist and instructional coach. She has contributed to state standards reviews, district literacy initiatives, and educator mentoring through the Wyoming Mentor Corps. An award-winning educator and adjunct instructor, Stephany brings both expertise and heart to conversations about literacy learning.
