About me
Dr. St. Martin is the director of Michigan’s MTSS Technical Assistance Center and the State Personnel Development Grant. Her expertise is in integrating social, emotional behavior, and literacy support within an MTSS framework for elementary and secondary learners. Dr. St. Martin’s current and previous research is as a co-principal investigator for the Institute of Education Science (IES) and US Department of Education grants focusing on achieving equity in school discipline, evaluating an integrated academic and behavioral intervention within an MTSS framework, and adolescent literacy. She has also been a panel member for the IES Practice Guide, Providing Reading Interventions for Students in Grades 4–9.
