Dr. Kim St. Martin, Ph.D. is the Director of Michigan's Multi-Tiered System of Support (MiMTSS) Technical Assistance Center, where she leads statewide efforts to build and sustain MTSS frameworks across educational settings. Her work focuses on helping regional and district teams develop the infrastructure needed to implement integrated behavior and literacy models effectively and at scale.
Dr. St. Martin brings a uniquely grounded perspective to her work, having served as both a teacher and school administrator in urban and rural districts. She is a nationally recognized consultant and speaker, partnering with State and Regional Education Agencies across the country to strengthen evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes.
Her contributions to the field include serving as a panel member for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) Practice Guide, Providing Reading Interventions for Students in Grades 4–9, and providing guidance to the Office of Special Education on literacy intervention practices.
