About me
Brad Neuendorf is starting his 12th year as principal at Lander Valley High School where he also served as the assistant principal for four years. He took over at LVHS during a transition to a new block schedule that was created to build in intervention time for students. In an attempt to continually deliver a better product to students the PLC journey began at LVHS and with immediate buy-in from staff, LVHS quickly prioritized standards, created proficiency scales, and created a standards-based grading system to serve their 500 + students. These efforts, and subsequent gains in student achievement data led LVHS to be named a Model PLC at Work school in 2019 and a 2020 DuFour Award Finalist. The Lander Valley High School Story was featured in the Summer 2020 edition of All Things PLC Magazine. Neuendorf was the 2018 Wyoming Secondary Principal of the Year. He is a native of Idaho and attended the University of Idaho where he received his Master of Education in Educational Leadership in 2009.
